Dr. Sean Wilson is an accomplished executive leader, educator, strategist, and organizational transformation expert with more than 25 years of experience leading organizations across education, nonprofit, finance, and community sectors. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Greater New Orleans Collaborative of Charter Schools (GNOCCS), where he partners with school leaders, policymakers, governing boards, and community stakeholders to strengthen educational opportunities throughout the region. Throughout his career, Dr. Wilson has held executive leadership roles including Superintendent, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of School. He is widely recognized for transforming organizations through strategic leadership, financial stewardship, operational excellence, and team development, leading multimillion-dollar budgets, hundreds of employees, and thousands of students. Dr. Wilson is also the founder of Manoah Consulting, where he coaches executives and emerging leaders on strategic planning, communication, and leadership effectiveness. He holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership from Xavier University of Louisiana, an Executive MBA from the University of New Orleans, and has completed executive studies at Harvard University and Harvard Law School. His work is driven by a commitment to helping leaders and organizations create lasting impact through principled leadership, accountability, and service.
